Permanent Employees

Our full-time and part-time team consists of people from various nationalities, creating a diverse and multicultural workplace. At the moment, we do not have any job openings. However, if you believe you would be a valuable addition to our team, whether in production or another department, feel free to send us an open application.

Students

On Saturdays and during school holidays, we work with a large group of students. We have built a strong and close-knit team, with many students working with us for several years. Some have even progressed to permanent positions with a contract. Due to legal regulations, we can only hire students aged 16 and older. Currently, we are not actively looking for new student workers, but if you are hardworking and eager to take on a challenge, send us a message—who knows, we might find a spot for you!

Temporary Workers

To maintain flexibility and ensure we always have the right number of people on board, we currently work with two staffing agencies. These agencies provide exactly the type of workers we need, and we are very satisfied with the quality of their services. As a result, we are not looking for new staffing agencies at this time.

Internships

VDE plant is a certified training company. We offer internship opportunities in various roles, allowing you to gain hands-on experience and learn the ins and outs of the industry. If you are looking for a social internship, you are also welcome to apply. Get in touch with us via the contact form.

Taking a break before starting a new study program or still unsure about your next steps? We offer temporary positions for those who want to gain work experience during their gap year.
